The data controller is Stylesbydutch Education Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17407242. Registered office: 46 Julia Street, Manchester, England, M3 1DQ. Trading as Stylesbydutch Education at 46 Julia Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M3 1DQ.

What we collect and why
The contact form: name, email or phone, enquiry type, and message — so we can reply. Enrolment payment is handled by Stripe. Haircut bookings are handled by Booksy. Analytics only run if you accept cookies.
Vendors
Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, and Booksy.
Some of these may process data outside the UK using an approved transfer mechanism.
Retention
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to reply, then deleted from our mailbox and lead sheet unless we must keep them longer to deal with a complaint or legal claim.
Stripe and Booksy keep payment and booking records for their own legal and accounting periods. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings if you have consented.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you can ask to access, correct, or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and (where processing is based on consent or contract and is automated) request portability. To use these rights, use the website enquiry form.
