Terms of enrolment

These terms apply when you enrol on the 10-week CPD Barbering Course with Stylesbydutch Education Ltd.

Who you contract with

The course

You are buying a place on our 10-Week Beginner Barbering Foundations Programme: ten in-person sessions in Manchester covering scissor and clipper foundations and supervised live-model work, as described on this website. This is a CPD training programme. It is not an Ofqual-regulated qualification, apprenticeship or licence to practise. Completion shows you have met this programme’s learning outcomes within its stated scope.

Price and payment

The price is the amount shown on the Stripe checkout page when you enrol. That amount is the total you pay for the course (including VAT if VAT applies). We do not add a separate delivery fee. Payment is taken by Stripe. Enrolment is not confirmed until Stripe confirms payment.

Haircut appointments are not part of this contract. They are booked and paid for through Booksy under Booksy’s terms.

What is included

• Ten scheduled in-person training sessions at our Manchester venue
• Teaching, demonstration and supervised practice as set out in the course breakdown
• Assessment against this programme’s own learning outcomes

Travel, accommodation, tools you are told to bring, and haircut bookings are not included.

Cancellation (14 days)

If you enrol as a consumer, you usually have 14 days from the day after you enrol to cancel for any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Use the website enquiry form with your name and enrolment details. We will refund the course fee via Stripe, normally within 14 days of the cancellation.

If the first session falls inside those 14 days and you ask us to start the course anyway, you may lose the right to cancel once teaching has begun, or we may deduct a reasonable amount for the sessions already provided. We will not start within the cooling-off period unless you clearly ask us to.

If we cancel or change dates

If we have to cancel the programme, we will refund the course fee in full. If we have to move dates, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer a new schedule or a refund if you cannot attend.

Reviews

Student videos under “What people say” are course-related clips. Google quotes under “In the chair” are haircut reviews of the shop, not reviews of the CPD course.
